Due to our capabilities, some major distributors in Malaysia had linked with our company to provide Technical Support for their Planned Preventive/Corrective/ Breakdown Maintenances in Northern Region of Malaysia.
- Asset Management & Warranty Management Monitoring
CELESTIAL SCIENTIFIC will provide Testing & Commissioning to ensure its Safety, Performance and that it is in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and international standard, purchase agreement and statutory requirements.
Asser Registration, Compilation and Maintaining Warranty Register. Monitoring and ensure PLANNED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE / CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE / BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE covered under warranty provision are carried out within the warranty period.
- Biomedical Equipment Technical Advise & Condition Appraisal
To provide Technical Advise & Condition Appraisal to the customer on replacement, selection and installation of equipment; upgrading of equipment and service development; advise and support during procurement of equipment. Advisory is applicable when the biomedical equipment is considered no longer economical to be repaired or maintained due to expenses of repair exceeding depreciated value, obsolescence, reliability and worn out.
CELESTIAL SCIENTIFIC will provide the customer necessary information and preliminary cost estimation. Feasibility study may be carried out to gather the information for the cost estimation.
